Overall terrible experience
My experience was terribly bad...We confirmed room via booking.com and after we received confirmation email, I called the resort and checked if they have received the booking. We reached there at 8 p.m. and after waiting for half an hour we were told that no room was available and lied us that no room was actually booked. Then the manager approached us and we explained him that we have no where to stay as all the resorts were already booked and that's the reason we booked room with them. After conversation, the manager misbehaved with the receptionist and literally yelled at her. We felt terribly bad and left the property asap.
